Upon these basics higher strategy, executive and artistic expression unfolds.

If this layer erodes – the best-laid business plan will fail.


When working with a team, this is a typical set of steps - workshops, one-on-one sessions and on-site bodywork - to lift the team to a higher level of performance.
  •    This roll out can take several weeks.
  •    On going maintenance can go on for several months.
  •   The goal is to implement a set of hard skills to shift the behavior of the culture.

Implementation Steps 


1. Preliminary Consultation & Interviews

-     Site visit,  look and listen.
·     Meet  Human Resources/People and Team Leaders

·     Learn about current communication and wellness culture, current goals and challenges.


2. Leadership Workshop – 90 to 120 minutes

Topics:
  • The relationship between, money, communication and the physical body.
  •  Communication physiology principles
  • How stress erodes deep mental, emotional and physical body functions.  The costs of communication collapse  Building Communication Fitness Culture
    • Personally and professionally.

3. One-On-One Sessions with Leaders

50 minutes session for each leader:
  •   Intake
  •   Discussion – recap the leadership workshop
  •   Suggest Communication Fitness skills
  •   Put action plan in place
  •   15-20 minute massage

·      On-going sessions for leadership team:
  •  2 to 4 times a month, depending.
  •  ½ to one hour session:
    • 5-10 minutes check in on Fitness plan
    •  15 – 20 minutes massage.

4. Team Wide 'Lunch and Learn'

As many lunch time sessions as necessary to embrace the entire team.

5. On-Site Massage & Bodywork

On-site Massage & Bodywork has several goals:

1.     Relax and de-stress
2.     Demonstrate the communication physiology principles from the workshops and lunch and learn sessions.
3.     On-going reinforcement of the principles and goals.
4.     Establish an accountability system to support the implementation of the skills.

Long term – this is central to implementing the ‘Communication Fitness Culture’.

More frequent on-site session for several weeks/months to ingrain the behavior patterns.


First time on-site:

·      1-5 days of sessions on-site depending on the size of the team.
·      First time full pay by company? 50/50 co-pay with the company?

 
Ongoing On-site bodywork.
  • 1-4 times a month for several months
  • Determine maintenance level frequency after a couple weeks or months
  • 15 – 30 - 60 minute sessions

6. Follow up Lunch and Learn – Q&A support groups
